After talking to clients on the phone or over email, I usually arrange a site visit to find out more and provide a quote for their bespoke garden room.

References and site visits to previous happy customers in your area can be arranged.

The wait time is usually 3 months (sometimes longer in the summer).

Builds usually take 3 weeks but sometimes longer depending on size and weather.

A deposit of £1000 secures your place in the queue and a down payment is required 4 weeks before the agreed start date.
